With over 15 years of construction and environmental project management experience, I bring a detailed, systems-based approach to every home inspection. My background includes HVAC and eplumbing buildouts, erosion control, site planning, and sustainable water and drainage systems, backed by an Environmental Studies degree and an InterNACHI Home Inspector certification. I’ve spent my career coordinating trades, managing compliance with OSHA, Clean Water Act, and state/local regulations, and solving real-world site problems in the field.
